Rick and Morty Presents: Jerry's Game for iOS is a silly and utterly simplistic game of pop all the balloons onscreen. This one is sure to entertain the ADD crowd, while leaving the rest of us solidly bored.
Rick and Morty Presents: Jerry's Game presents in portrait mode to deliver a screen full of balloons filled with helium. How, you may ask, do I know they are filled with helium? Because they are all floating upwards, silly dilly, so clearly they must be filled with helium; jeez! So, as the story goes, you are a guy or gal with a serious ADD problem. The sorta person that likes to pop all the bubbles on a sheet of plastic packing material after the mail arrives. You know the type; they just can't stand it if there's a single bubble left un-popped. Well, if you know a person like that, hand them this game and watch them sink into a repetitious coma, of sorts, as they pop every floaty balloon onscreen as fast as they can. That's basically it for this one. Seriously. Not kidding; wish I were. But nope. And I still gotta come up with more to say about this dumb little game. *sigh*
The controls function well, employing mind numbing repetitious poking. The graphics are the absolute best floaty virtual balloons I have ever seen, bar none. And the animation is truly award worthy for it's depiction of helium onscreen. The sounds, are of the floaty-poppy variety, and effectively made me feel like I was bursting Bozo's creepy clowny heart with each sadistic pop.
Rick and Morty Presents: Jerry's Game is fun, for about a minute. After that, it's time to bust out the medication and put that sorry little gamer to bed.
